What is Mindfulness-Based Social and Emotional Learning?
Mindfulness-Based Social and Emotional Learning (MBSEL) is a compassionate approach that combines mindfulness practices with social and emotional skills. It helps individuals develop awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and reactions, fostering self-regulation, empathy, and resilience. By cultivating present-moment awareness, MBSEL supports better emotional management, positive relationships, and focused attention.
